RENO ICE RAIDERS CROWNED 2025/2026 CLEAR CUP CHAMPIONS

This weekend saw the penultimate end to the 2025/2026 season with Reno Ice Raiders claiming their first cup in franchise history. Defeating visiting Mansfield Barracudas at the Reno Ice Arena over a 2 game series, 6-3 and 5-0 to claim the 2026 CLEAR CUP - Sponsored by Bladetech. 

The series was nothing short of a testement to the skill, support and beauty of the Mountain Hockey League with 1st taking on 2nd from the league standings on home ice in another sold out Ice Raiders home series.

Mansfield Barracudas put up an incredible fight but unfortunately fell short to the relentless pressure from the Ice Raiders alongside some stellar goaltending for the home team. Game two saw Justis Gyori complete a playoff final shutout to shut the door and albut seal the cup for the Ice Raiders.
